The house is staffed on a 24 hour basis, with overnight support being onsite between 11pm to 7am.

Accommodation consists of a three-bedroom shared house with communal kichen and livingroom. Also available is a one bedroom self-contained flat.

Support ranges from financial, attending medical appointments, meal preparation, day trips or attending various activities.
