Postley Road is a three double bedroom end of terrace house offering communal living, with shared reception area (lounge/diner) bathroom with shower over bath and kitchen with all white goods supplied (fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher). Ideally situated about a 10 minutes walk from Maidstone Town centre, and on the main bus route into town.
Off road Parking spaces are available to Tenants and their visitors. To the rear is a private garden laid mainly to lawn with mature shrubs and for the avid gardener a storage shed is available allowing the opportunity to potter and add your personal touch to the garden.
A choice of furnished or unfurnished rooms are available with all communal areas being fully furnished.
The house is staffed on a 24 hour basis, with overnight support being onsite between 11pm to 7am.
