Our second property in Tonbridge Road is a spacious terrace house. The nine self-contained studio apartments and six self-contained flats have all been designed for adults who have complex support needs.

The house is staffed on a 24 hour basis, with overnight support being onsite between 11pm to 7am.

Situated a short distance from the main town of Maidstone with all it has to offer from shops, restaurants, and bars, it is also in close proximity to the main train stations and the M20.

The property consists of six self-contained flats and three self-contained studio apartments on four floors. Each flat and studio apartment has its own fully-fitted kitchen and bathroom. Two of the ground floor flats have been specially adapted to suit those with disabilities and who need wheelchair access.

Support packages can include anything from tenancy related support, budgeting, social Inclusion, accessing the wider community and cooking.
